We appreciate your interest in Strathearn Heights and taking the time to start an application with us. We noticed that you were unable to complete the application process due to one of the required acknowledgements.
We understand that our policies and requirements may not align with everyone’s needs or circumstances. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we would love to hear more about your experience and any concerns you may have had. This helps us improve our process and better serve future applicants.
To complete the online application process, we do need you to acknowledge the following:
- The application will be automatically declined should it contain falsified information.
- Each occupant over 18 must submit their own application
- You have proof of income ready for yourself AND each occupant over the age of 18
- You agree to forfeit the Security Deposit if you cancel your application after you have been approved for a suite
- You are OK with our “no dogs” policy
